DESCRIPTION:Facility Use Conditions (per Cheektowaga Parks/Facilities Dept)\n\nYou are responsible for your group and/or party’s actions and conduct during your reservation. Your present and future reservation requests may be canceled if any of the following occur: fighting\, unseemly conduct\, health violations\, abuse of staff or property\, illegal parking\, or failure to remit payment.\nYour group must assume responsibility for providing adequate supervision\, facility cleanliness and general order while using the facility.\nNo beer tricks allowed\nDamage and/or destruction of the property(s)  will result in repair and/or replacement costs billed\nin all circumstances\, the Organization retains full authority for final approval and denial of facility reservation requests\nNo Refunds Given. The Town is not responsible for inclement weather. Park hours are 7am – 8pm\nShelters cannot be used for profit making ventures\nshould any challenges as to the authenticity of this permit by another group or individual\, please contact the Parks Department at 656-2280 between the hours of 7am – 11am.
